These terms apply to your use of Recue, a service provided by Ornardo. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Recue is a browser-based tool for recording scripted voiceovers. It follows your script as you read, removes mistakes you retake, and exports an edited recording. Automatic edits are suggestions: always listen to your final export before using it.

Your content

You own your scripts and recordings. Recordings are stored only in your browser on your computer, so you're responsible for exporting and backing up anything you want to keep. Scripts are stored on our servers so you can reach your projects. We use them only to provide the service.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan has the limits shown on the plans page. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically.
• You can cancel at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.
• Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Acceptable use

Don't use Recue to break the law, infringe others' rights, or try to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Recue reliable, but it's provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of recordings stored on your device. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Credits

Speech recognition uses NVIDIA's Parakeet TDT-CTC 110M model (licensed under CC BY 4.0), run with parakeet.js and ONNX Runtime Web. Interface components are adapted from T3 Code (MIT licence).
